One Invention Patent, Five Quality Test!
We apply the most advanced Chinese invention patent and developed the quality of the Stainless Steel Pipes. On 2007.9.26, Mr Chen Weidong applied his invention paten as a kind of finned tube heat exchanger stainless steel alloy foil(Invention Patent ID: ZL 2007 1 0077357.X). By this invention, the life of the stainless steel pipes may extend XX%, which is XX years.
1. No leakage at 30° turning at connecting point.
Test Conditions:
- The tube was filled with water, the pressure was 2.5 MPa.
- Mounted on the bending machine
- Bending the edge of the fitting connecting point.
- 30 cm displacement at 1 m spacing under.
- Specification of the test fitting was DN25
Test Result:
- The connecting point (not at the fitting) was bent.
- The pressure point bent 30 degrees.
- The pressure point split a gap of 1.5mm~2mm.
- Withstood 6 MPa higher pressure (During this sheet, there was no leakage at pressure 10 MPa.
2. No leakage under strong vibration
Test Conditions:
- Amplitude ± 5 mm.
- Frequency 1400 times/minute.
- Specification: DN15~DN100.
- Continuous vibration 3,000,000 times or more.
- Tube pressure was 2.5MPa.
Test Results:
- Specification of tested fitting was DN100.
- Actual shock was over 5,000,000 times.
- No leakage when the pressure was increase to 5 MPa.
3. No leakage when the connected point was made flat-shape.
Test Conditions:
- The tube was filled with water, the pressure is 2.5 MPa.
- The connected point was made a plat-shape from 70% to 80%.
Test Results:
- Withstand 6 MPa higher pressure.
- The connected point was made a plat-shape from 70% to 80%.
- No leakage under an actual 10 MPa pressure.
4. No leakage after 360° rotation at connection
Test Conditions:
- The tube was filled with water, the pressure is 2.5 MPa.
- Keeping the interface relative to the tube, made a 360° rotation.
Test Results:
- No leakage under 2.5 MPa and 360° rotation.
- No leakage under 4.0 MPa and 360° rotation.
- No leakage under 6.0 MPa and 360° rotation.
- No leakage under 8.0 MPa and 360° rotation.
- No leakage under 10 MPa and 360° rotation.
5. No leakage after 3-8mm drawing displacement at connected point.
Test Conditions:
- Made a pipeline system with NU Double-press fitting and pipes.
- Injected the water to the tube to increase the pressure until the tube pulled out several millimeters from the fitting. The system was stable and there is no leakage.
Test Results:
- The φ22*0.8mm Double-Press pipeline system worked steady under 27 MPa pressure, and was pulled out from the connected point; no leakage.
- When the pressure was increased to 30 MPa, the tube started to be pulled out from the connected point; no leakage.
- When the pressure was up to 31 MPa, the tubes started to be pulled out 3mm from the connected point, stopped increasing the pressure. No leakage during all the test.
